Were looking for a strategic customerobsessed marketing leader to build and scale ourExecutive Customer Advisory Board (CAB)program from the ground up. This role is pivotal in driving deep engagement with Clevel customers aligning on Pures strategic direction and elevating customer voices into boardroomlevel influence. Youll be responsible for designing the CAB programs vision and structure identifying and recruiting the right executive members and flawlessly executing experiences that create strategic value for our customers and for Pure Storage. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Own the Global CAB Strategy:Build a scalable bestinclass executive advisory board framework aligned with Pures business priorities and executive stakeholders.
  • Executive Engagement:Partner with Sales Customer Success and the Csuite to identify recruit and nurture strategic customer relationships across regions and verticals.
  • Program Management:Own all aspects of CAB planning and including agenda development speaker coaching content creation logistics and postevent followups.
  • Customer Insights & Influence:Capture and synthesize strategic insights shared by CAB members and ensure clear feedback loops back into Product Marketing and Executive Leadership.
  • ExperienceFirst Mindset:Deliver whiteglove hightouch experiences for our executive customers from meeting environments to personalized touchpoints.
  • CrossFunctional Leadership:Collaborate with Product Marketing Field Marketing Customer Success and the Office of the CTO to drive participation and impact.
  • Measurement & Optimization:Define KPIs and success metrics for CABs regularly report on program health and evolve the strategy based on data and feedback.

WHAT YOULL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

  • 7 years in customer marketing executive programs or B2B customer engagement roles ideally in enterprise technology
  • Proven experience designing and scaling executive CABs or hightouch customer programs
  • Exceptional executive presence and ability to engage with Clevel audiences
  • Excellent project management organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work crossfunctionally and influence without authority
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action and attention to detail
  • Experience with customer advocacy platforms virtual event tools and CRM systems a plus

We are primarily an inoffice environment and therefore you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara California and Raleigh North Carolina United States office in compliance with Pures policies unless you are on PTO or work travel or other approved leave.

The annual base salary range is: California $176000 $265000 & North Carolina $141000 $212000

Salary ranges are determined based on role level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
