Akkodis necesita tres Tcnicos/as de Helpdesk especializados/as en soporte IT.
Entre otras funciones el puesto incluye:
- Soporte IT de Taller a nivel L1.5 y L2/L3.
- Creacin de tickets en la plataforma y posterior solucin o escalado si corresponde.
- Dar soporte a taller a diferentes incidencias: fallo de herramientas desconocimiento en el uso de equipos (tablets pcs smartphone etc).

Qu perfil buscamos
- Formacin Profesional de Grado Medio o Grado Superior.
- Experiencia de al menos 1 ao realizando funciones similares.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos de maana o tarde y hacer guardias (telefnicas) de noche.
Valoraremos positivamente:
- Nivel de ingls: B2 o similar.
- Conocimientos en programacin.
- Disponibilidad para acudir de manera puntual a Getafe.
