Job Description
Managerial position for Ohio licensed LSW LISW PC PCC MFT or IMFT with demonstrated adult severely mentally ill and substance use disorder experience. ; Team requires outreach and support services and may require crisis intervention as necessary. ; Pay is commensurate with education and experience minimum of $70012.80 annually.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide supervision for a nursing and community treatment team of 510 individuals
- Provide initial and ongoing training and support of team members
- Meet administrative needs for documentation requirements
- Provide daytoday organization and direction
- Assign caseloads to team members
- Review notes assessments progress reviews and other pertinent patient information
REQUIREMENTS:
- Masters level degree licensed as an LISW LSW PC PCC MFT or IMFT credentialing is required;
- Minimum of one 1 year of demonstrated supervision experience;
- Ability to work independently required;
- Conflict management & resolution skill building and the ability to motivate and lead staff members to achieve goals is essential;
- Must meet agency credentialing requirements; and
- Subject to criminal background check and mandatory preemployment drug testing.
