Overall Purpose:Responsible for ensuring that our processes systems and teams operate efficiently and effectively to achieve our business goals. This role requires someone with a strong background in operations management strategic planning and team collaboration.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:Typical tasks may include but are not limited to the following:
- Manage daily operations to ensure the effective and efficient functioning of the organization.
- Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that arise.
- Support operations staff providing guidance and training.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on operational performance.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Job Contribution: An experienced professional recognized as an expert creatively resolving complex issues with broad and indepth knowledge. Work Location: Bothell WA or Dallas TX
Education/Experience: Bachelors degree (BS/BA) desired. 5 years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
