Job Description
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable secure and highperformance healthcare software solutions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Product Managers Developers and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical architecture and business goals.
- Provide strategic direction on the adoption of new technologies frameworks and industry best practices.
- Oversee the integration of complex systems and ensure seamless data flow across platforms in a healthcare environment.
- Mentor and guide development teams helping to elevate the technical capabilities of the organization.
- Ensure that technical architecture is aligned with regulatory standards and best practices in the healthcare industry.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in technical architecture or senior software development roles.
- Strong background in healthcare technology understanding the unique challenges and regulatory requirements in the sector.
- Expertise in cloudbased solutions microservices and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in modern technologies and frameworks such as Java Angular SQL databases and cloud platforms (AWS Azure etc..
- Indepth knowledge of software design principles data security and scalability.
- Experience with integration of healthcare systems (e.g. EHR/EMR HL7 and FHIR).
- Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
