Job Description
Position Summary:
Overview:
MasterCare Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of all hot runner products of Mold Masters.
Work Youll Do:
Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with hot runner systems including electrical hydraulic and mechanical components.
Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on hot runner systems to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance.
Field Service: Travel to customer sites to provide onsite troubleshooting repair and installation services.
Customer Support: Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone email or onsite visits.
Training and Education: Conduct training sessions for customers on hot runner system operation maintenance and troubleshooting.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Knowledge of injection molding processes and materials
Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team 1
Willingness to travel
Team:
You will be a part of MasterCare Team in providing support & solutions to customers.
Basic Qualifications:
Diploma /Post Diploma in Tool & Die making Plastics Technology or equivalent with at least 57year Plastics industry experience and 34 years of Hot runner experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of AutoCad 3D software would be added advantage.
