Job Description
Munich Airport NJ LLC is an USbased subsidiary of the German Airport Operator Munich Airport. Munich Airport NJ LLC is responsible for the operations maintenance and concession management of Terminal A at Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR)! We are looking for a Ramp Operations Supervisor to join our team as soon as possible.
Ramp Operations Supervisor
You will be part of a quickly growing team helping not only to create an attractive passenger terminal but also to develop the Terminal Operator company with your expertise and personality.
Your Future Responsibilities
Ensure safe operations of New Terminal As ramp
Routinely check on general ramp surface conditions including cleanlinessclarity of all paint markings and signs and functionality of infrastructure (e.g. lighting aircraft docking systems etc.
Inspect correct parking of aircraft vehicles and equipment
Conduct daily work in close cooperation and coordination with Operations Control Center (OCC) and ramp control situated in the Virtual Apron Control Room (VACR)
Coordination of nonstandard aircraft parking procedures
Ensure immediate reporting of any incidents accidents and failures of technical components at the New Terminal A
Monitoring of construction and maintenance projects on the ramp
Maintain and complete daily log for shift handover
Other duties as assigned by the Terminal Operations Manager
Your Education & Training
High School Diploma orequivalentcertificate
Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record
Your Skills & Experience
Relevant experience in airport airside operations OR
Five years of experience in a ramp operations leadership role
Extensive knowledge of airside processes
High level of independence and responsibility
Indepth experience and knowledge of the airport topography
Full understanding of ramp control to flight deck communication
Ability tocommunicate clearly and concisely on groundtoground radios
Basic knowledge of MS Office
