Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Purchasing Manager to join our team at Real Estate / Highrise building construction company. As a Purchasing Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process and ensuring efficient and costeffective purchasing of goods and services. This is a midlevel position with 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Patna Bihar India and requires fulltime employment.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience in purchasing or procurement in Real Estate / Highrise Building Construction Company
- Strong knowledge of production planning and purchasing processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to foster positive relationships with suppliers
- Experience in supplier evaluation and contract negotiation
- Proven track record of implementing cost savings initiatives
- Ability to analyze market trends and make informed purchasing decisions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelors degree in business administration supply chain management or related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for efficient and costeffective procurement
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify procurement needs and requirements
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers and negotiate contracts
- Manage supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Monitor and control inventory levels
- Analyze market trends and pricing to optimize purchasing decisions
- Maintain accurate records of purchases pricing and contracts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage a team of purchasing professionals

- 6 lacs to 8 lacs per annum
