Our OHIO retained savings bank client is looking to expand their commercial banking team with the addition of an experienced Commercial Lending Officer to join the team in Lancaster Ohio.
Our client calls Columbus Ohio home but is ready to expand in Fairfield and Franklin counties. We are looking for an experienced commercial lender with over $12 MM in net loan growth a year with a focus on 14 C&I LOC and O/O CRE. The bonus plan is one of the most unique incentives we come across in Commercial Banking.
Our ideal candidate understands the nuances of building an outstanding commercial lending team with a customer first operations and credit team at its core. This team is looking for another top performer to grow the Bank to the next milestone.
