Join us in a role where your contributions will lead to exceptionally maintained equipment and increased efficiency. You will become a crucial part of a team that strictly adheres to worldclass standards ensuring flawless operations.


A DAY IN THE LIFE:

  • Plan and schedule maintenance activities using our CMMS for equipment maintenance and calibrations.
  • Attend productions planning meeting to ensure downtime for needed equipment.
  • Run department metrics on a daily basis for job completion and YTD compliance.
  • Prepare job kits ensuring all parts are ordered reserved and available.
  • Identifies safety quality and regulatory requirements for maintenance activities.
  • Prioritizes work orders and maintenance requests based on risks costs resource availability and equipment accessibility.
  • Estimates labor and material costs for management approval.


KEYS TO SUCCESS:

  • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to determine priorities and manage multiple tasks successfully.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams to implement solutions.


EDUCATION

  • Diploma / GED with Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of a Bachelors degree required
  • Bachelors degree in a technical field with a major concentration in Engineering Technology or Industry Engineering is preferred.


EXPERIENCE

  • 5 years experience in maintenance planning.
  • 5 years using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Background in engineering or industrial maintenance.


KNOWLEDGE SKILLS ABILITIES

  • Solid grasp of standard methodologies for maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to develop and follow maintenance plans and schedules.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT


This role requires occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds standing for extended periods and working in various industrial environments.
