- Serves as back up for the management team you always make sure things are running smoothly.
- Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door.
- Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome introduction to our locker room and amenities and helping them to have a seamless experience.
- Answers the phone with a smile each and every time.
- Is a brand ambassador making sure the guest enters a clean beautiful atmosphere with just the right lighting music and scent to ensure a memorable experience.
- Remembers the small things that make The Woodhouse special the guests favorite drink the warm inviting neck wrap personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries.

- At least 2 years experience in a customer service role preferably in spa hotel or salon.
- Zenoti software experience is a plus!
- Be reliable.
- Show impeccable attention to detail.
- Be friendly polite and eager to learn.
