Job Description
Law Firm seeks an experienced prelitigation personal injury legal assistant.
Responsibilities include opening files drafting demands negotiating medical bills and liens speaking with insurance adjusters and clients.
Must enjoy working in a fastpaced environment and handle a heavy case load. Time Matters experience a plus but not required. Applicant must be organized have strong written and verbal communication skills typing skills be a self starter professional highly motivated and fast learner. Prelitigation experience preferred. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
