About the Role:
As a Service Advisor youll be a key player in providing our customers with the trusted dealershipquality experience they deserve. Youll ensure every customer has a seamless and positive service experience from their first interaction to the final handoff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and professionally making them feel valued and welcome.
  • Listen to customer concerns inspect vehicles and provide accurate service recommendations.
  • Prepare estimates and clearly explain necessary repairs in a customerfriendly manner.
  • Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
  • Follow up with customers to provide updates on vehicle status and address any questions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and repairs.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized front office and waiting area.
  • Uphold Midas commitment to exceptional customer service at all times.
What Were Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor customer service representative or in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask stay organized and manage time efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Basic automotive knowledge is a plus but were happy to train the right candidate.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and automotive repair systems is a bonus.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to providing topnotch customer service.
