Compensation: $14$16/hour
Shift: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
Child care experience preferred.
We are seeking a highly organized and flexible Floater Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role combines administrative support with occasional classroom responsibilities ensuring smooth operations in both areas. If you are detailoriented enjoy working with children and families and thrive in a dynamic environment wed love to hear from you!
- Administrative Duties:
- Manage and maintain child files with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Assist with family tours and guide prospective families through the enrollment process.
- Support the administration of the CACFP (Child and Adult Care Food Program) ensuring compliance with program requirements.
- Classroom Support:
- Provide breaks and support for teachers as needed throughout the day.
- Assist in classrooms during transitions and other highneed periods.
- Comfortable working in a classroom environment when needed.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a variety of administrative and childcarerelated duties.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in childcare or a school setting is a plus.
- Competitive hourly rate of $14$16 based on experience.
