Job Description
- Manage a portfolio of key clients across all stages of the customer lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Track service levels payment cycles credit notes and writeoffs.
- Drive accuracy in data integrity estimate submissions and reporting.
- Monitor lost business and red accounts; log call plans via MS Dynamics.
- Coordinate rate negotiations customer training and client satisfaction surveys.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs safety standards and internal reporting protocols.
- Support tender processes and provide ad hoc reporting to management.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage risk across accounts.
- Present and implement new services solutions and continuous improvement strategies.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Maintain uptodate client documentation and oversee account updates.
- Deliver client SLA reporting performance reviews and executive business updates.
Minimum Requirements:
- Completed BCom in Logistics (Postgraduate qualification advantageous)
- 8 years experience in freight forwarding and logistics
- Strong background in customerfacing roles
- Proficient in advanced Excel and MS Dynamics
- Proven experience working within the freight or logistics industry
