What does the role look like

Were seeking a strategic leader to lead complex crossfunctional programmes across our Actuation Systems business. In this role you will be responsible for the successful delivery of a multitude of project types spanning the full lifecycle ensuring alignment with business objectives managing executive and customer expectations and mentoring a team of project managers.

Were looking for someone who can bring a strong foundation in problemsolving risk management and stakeholder engagement coupled with a deep understanding of change management processes.

What will your daytoday responsibilities look like

  • Lead the planning and of a multitude of projects spanning the aerospace product lifecycle
  • Drive effective problemsolving proactively identifying and mitigating programme risks and issues.
  • Lead and develop a team of Project Managers and coordinate multiple work streams across departments and business units.
  • Act as the primary interface for executive leadership and OEM customers ensuring transparency trust and timely communication.
  • Oversee the implementation of change management strategies to support programme delivery and organizational alignment.
  • Apply a high level of emotional intelligence to manage crossfunctional teams navigate organizational dynamics and influence without authority.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering Quality Operations and Supply Chain teams to ensure programme success.
  • Drive Aerospace qualification and certification processes when applicable ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer standards.

What will you bring to the role

Essential skills:

  • Excellent understanding of risk and change management frameworks and their practical application
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders and OEMlevel customers
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) with excellent interpersonal negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Desirable skills:

  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
  • Proven ability in risk management and quality assurance.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit train and mentor programme management staff in forming high performance teams
  • Proficiency in identifying assessing and managing programme risks.
