TES Staffing Partners with Premier Luxury Furniture Manufacturer Now Hiring Experienced Millwork/Furniture Makers!
Location: Rochester NY Fulltime Direct Hire Starting at $21/hr
TES Staffing is thrilled to partner with one of Rochesters most respected and wellestablished highend luxury millwork and custom furniture manufacturers. Renowned for their craftsmanship innovation and design excellence this company creates custom kitchens bars closets and detailed interior installations for discerning residential and commercial clients.
We are seeking experienced motivated and detailoriented Millwork/Furniture Makers to join their talented team. This is a direct hire opportunityyoull be hired directly by the manufacturer with immediate access to their outstanding benefits and growth opportunities.
What Youll Be Doing:
Interpret and build from technical blueprints and CAD drawings.
Craft highend custom millwork and furniture using a variety of materials: wood veneer laminates MDF solid surface and more.
Operate woodworking machinery and tools with precision and safety.
Maintain a clean organized and efficient workspace.
Work alongside project managers and designers to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Communicate proactively with the team about progress challenges and ideas.
Own your projects from start to finishsome lasting several weeks or months.
Provide mentorship to junior team members or apprentices when needed.
What Were Looking For:
Proven handson experience in millwork cabinetry custom furniture or home construction.
Mastery of advanced woodworking techniques joinery and finish sanding.
Ability to read technical plans and use PCbased software to understand shop drawings.
Familiarity with installing cabinet accessories glides doors and specialty hardware.
Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality.
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk throughout the workday.
Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills.
Professionalism when collaborating with highprofile clients and team members.
A passion for craftsmanship and pride in every project.
