Job Description: Are you passionate about teaching and making a difference in the education system Sub Teacher Source is seeking dedicated Substitute Teachers to join our team. As a Substitute Teacher you will have the opportunity to work in diverse school environments supporting students educational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver lesson plans provided by the absent teacher ensuring continuity in students education.
- Adapt to different classroom environments and grade levels maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere.
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe respectful learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with students staff and parents as needed.
- Follow school district policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
- 21 years or older.
- Previous experience in teaching or substitute teaching is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different educational settings and grade levels.
