The essential functions include but are not limited to the following:
Takes orders for Cakes Baked goods and catering.
Answers phone and answers questions regarding bakery/deli products.
Cleans organizes and stocks assigned area.
Attentive interaction with guests coming in and as they leave ensuring a positive guest experience.
Ability to inform guest of all bakery products including ingredients upon request.
Accurately write and follow detailed instructions on special orders to ensure product meets or exceeds the guest expectations.
Demonstrate positive enthusiastic committed and flexible attitude always while promoting the importance of effective teamwork.
Maintain positive working relationships through respectful open and effective twoway communication with all coworkers supervisors and all management.
Supports FOH and BOH staff in other duties assigned.
Excellent communication skills; verbally interacts with management team members and guests.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Ability to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure.
Ability to prioritize job duties and manage time effectively.
Strong verbal communication skills required.
California Food Handlers card is required for all food service employees who prepare store and serve food.
A willingness to work morning evenings weekends and holidays required.
