Summary
This individual will be responsible for serving in a coordination role for the Standardized Patient (SP) Program at the Midwestern University Downers Grove campus. The position reports to the Standardized Patient Program Manager of the Clinical Skills and Simulation Center Downers Grove.

Education and/or Experience
High School diploma or GED required. Completion of Bachelors degree at an accredited college or university highly desired. 57 years of coordination office support or teaching/training experience required. Knowledge of and experience working with standardized patients preferred. Experience working in a team and customer service oriented environment.
Computer Skills
Must demonstrate computer proficiency in database management and MS Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint Publisher).
Language Skills
High skills: Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills. Ability to read analyze and interpret general business periodicals professional journals or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information to supervisor or top management.
Reasoning Ability
High skills: Strong problem skills required. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Mathematical Ability
Intermediate skills: Ability to add subtract multiply and divide all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate ratio and percent and to interpret bar graphs. Ability to utilize technology in making mathematical calculations.
