Sound knowledge on conducting businessprocess analysis process mapping and documenting SOPs process flows and soundknowledge in Visio
The ability to analyzedata modelsto deliver logical conclusions
The ability to work with colleagues andstakeholders to gain an indepth understanding of critical businessrequirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skillsto interact with seniorlevel management regarding documentation andimplementation activities.
Competencein documentation writing reports and making presentations. Prepare businesscases project charters Business Requirements (BRD) and use cases
Identifiesproblems/opportunities and common themes along with patterns related to variousissues across multiple processes and work with process excellence team toreimagine the complete process from an endtoend perspective
Leverageprevious experience across multiple processes to deconstruct and identifydifferent factors contributing to the issues and provide solutions tooutstanding problems
CaptureTMS to calculate FTE benefits and to reduce additional steps in the processidentify opportunity and recommend for semi or complete automation or macro tothe client for deployment.
Strongon Governance with client on understanding the requirements and publish theminutes appropriate reports and summary on the project assigned.
Capturetime and motion study (TMS) to calculate FTE benefits and to reduce additionalsteps in the process work with PEX Manager to identify and recommendopportunities for improvement
Strongon Governance with client on understanding the requirements and publish theminutes appropriate reports and summary on the project assigned.
Beingproficient in R2R (Record to Report) P2P (Procure to Pay) and OTC (Order toCash) processes or related systems
Required Qualification / Skillset
Qualification: Any graduate
Experience:as depicted above & have played documentation business analyst role forat least 35 years in prior experience.
Should have hands on experience in documentationand process/value stream mapping
Must have an excellent analyticalpresentation & communication skill
Should be able to play individual contributorrole
Good time management prioritization skillsand ability to work without close supervision and under pressure
Attention to detail apply judgement on thejob and the ability to effectively multitask in a deadline driven atmosphere
