Job Description Change Manager Service Delivery Implementation

Job Summary

Foster a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement to drive positive change and elevate the effectiveness of our ThirdParty Risk Management (TPRM) function across the Global Technology Services organization.

Major Responsibilities

Identify opportunities and develop recommendations to enhance and strengthen ThirdParty risk control effectiveness for the technology organization. Lead crossfunctional risk and resiliency related projects to streamline and standardize TPRM requirements and processes. Support change management protocol across the Tech TPRM portfolio. Support periodic and structured quality control activities to improve ThirdParty oversight functions and validate TPRM control effectiveness across the technology organization. Support the development of reporting to measure productivity control effectiveness and key ThirdParty risks. Conduct in depth analysis of third party resilience and application data from multiple systems of record and articulate a summary of findings. Participate in the development of recommendations to improve data quality across the TPRM program including the integration of disparate systems and tools. Develop process flow documentation and SharePoint sites that supports improved community awareness of the TPRM requirements best practices and related metrics.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent plus 5 years TPRM experience.
  • Demonstrates a working knowledge of TPRM frameworks policies and standards.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand risk policies and standards.
  • Ability to risk identify issues and work them through closure.
  • Knowledge of various regulatory bodies and guidance governing the financial service industry.
  • Experience working across a diverse set of stakeholders with positive results.
  • Advanced experience with MS Office SharePoint and Reporting tools
  • Ability to develop visual representations of processes and risks to support executive updates.
  • Excellent oral written communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change.

  • ThirdParty Risk Mgmt. Certification

Salary Range:

$USD

Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits 401k and pension) health and welfare benefits (medical dental vision spending accounts and disability) paid time off parental and caregiver leave life & accident insurance and other voluntary and wellbeing benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
