Location: London and Surrounding Areas
Job Type: Fulltime Permanent
We are a rapidly expanding pizzeria chain based in London and surrounding areas and we are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team.
The General Manager will be responsible for the overall operation of our pizzerias including managing staff overseeing financials and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple pizzerias ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and manage financials including budgets and forecasting.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer traffic and sales.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the best possible service and experience for customers.
- Attend regular meetings with senior management to report on the performance of the pizzeria.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a fastpaced highvolume restaurant or retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
- Understanding of UK laws and legislation required.
- Right to work in the UK and previous working experience in the UK.
