Project Manager (Education Projects)
Location: San Antonio TX

What Were Looking For:
Our progressive Architectural Team in San Antonio Texas is in search of a talented Project Manager ideally licensed as a registered Architect in the State of Texas. The ideal candidate should have a diversified knowledge of architectural principles and practices with a demonstrated ability in both project architect and project manager responsibilities. Experience with K12 and Higher Education projects is a strong plus.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Develop and maintain effective communication with clients fostering positive longterm relationships.
- Plan direct and supervise architectural team members while coordinating consultant responsibilities on studies design or construction documents for various scale projects.
- Interpret organize execute and coordinate the development of individual or multiple projects ensuring alignment with the firms goals.
- Assist in the creation and continued development of design concepts throughout all phases of design.
What It Takes to Be Successful:
- Registered Architect is required.
- Bachelors or masters degree in architecture from an accredited program.
- 8 years of professional experience including 4 years of experience with Education projects.
- Strong comprehensive knowledge of architectural principles and practices.
- Working knowledge of building codes standards and structures.
- Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects at various stages of development.
- Engaging communication style with clients teams and consultants.
- Qualityminded and selfmotivated with the ability to manage shifting priorities within intentional schedules.
- Knowledge and experience with sustainability standards Revit Bluebeam Newforma and Office Suite is preferred.
