Required Qualifications:
5 yearsof demonstrated experience in all phases of architecture including substantialand varied experience in project planning.
5 years of experience in responding to RFIs/RFPs
Undergraduate degree in Architecture
Professional Florida ArchitecturalRegistration
Fluent inAutoCAD& Revit with Sketchup Photoshop and Microsoft projects
Construction industry experience
Selfdriven professional high energy and receptive to learning on the job
Excellentcommunication organizational and collaborative skills
Selfconfident tenacious while maintaining positive working relationships with clients outside consultants and technical staff
Able toprovide direction and lead architectural staff effectively and positively
Ability to adapt toa small office environment
Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
Partner with Principal to create and respond to proposals for potential projects.
Coordinate all project efforts to ensure the most efficient and costeffective of assigned projects through all phases of development.
Serve as principal design professional translating concepts and solutions to develop high qualityarchitectural projects on time and on budget.
Serve as primary contact liaison tobringthe schedulebudgetsand scope of worktocompletion and to the clients satisfaction.
Estimate fees prepare proposals and contracts and monitor adherence to terms of the most complex projects.
Actively manage client budgets schedules and project communications and documentation
Provide oversight and monitor the work of less experienced technical stafffrom inception to completion on designated projects or as otherwise.
Prepare project plans and checklists to be used as training guides for less experienced technical staff.
Responsible for creating accurate CAD drawings from sketches verbalinstructionsand site visits
Attend networking events seminars and conferences as needed to promotethe office and to engage with other professionals in the industry
Assistance with Marketing (including social media posting)
Assistance with Company functions as required
