Title: Fire Alarm Project Manager
Requirements: NICET III and EST4
Location: Houston and surrounding areas
Schedule: Fulltime. Monday through Friday with opportunities for OT

Job Description:
- Program and Troubleshoot fire alarm life safety and building automation systems.
- Manage projects from estimates through completion
- Interpret and work with blueprints schematics manuals and wiring diagrams.
- Operate and demonstrate systems commission new systems and identify malfunctions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Handle client and enduser communication on project status and system demonstrations
