Job Description
Our client a reputable brokerage in the Durham Region is seeking a personable and knowledgeable Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Work with producers to manage requests
* Handle client requests via calls emails and faxes including policy changes quotes cancellations reinstatements rewrites and new policies
* Address policy inquiries and recommend coverage options
* Follow up on nonrenewals and varied terms notices as well as company inquiries
* Manage company requests such as EZITVs varied terms and questionnaires
* Upload and forward endorsement requests
* Handle quotes for remarkets and nonrenewals
* Provide backup support to other CSRs
Qualifications:
* RIBO license in good standing
* 2 plus years of personal lines experience
* CAIB/CIP is an asset
