Overview
We currently have a need for a Senior Project Manager for a variety of projects including healthcarefacilities throughout the Boston Metropolitan area.

Recently Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI) the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger more efficient and costeffective team to serve clients. LiRoHillis a 1100person firm with offices in NYC Long Island Buffalo Rochester Boston Needham MA and Metro Park NJ.
Responsibilities
- Project lead for both Design and Construction phases
- Communicate directly with client A/E team Builder stakeholders and user groups
- Oversee and ensure quality and consistency of design and construction and all aspects of project
- Provide technical evaluations advice and guidance
- Monitor and track project budgets
- Coordinate with adjacent projects impacted by the proposed work
- Manage project administrative efforts including progress reports submittals requisitions and change orders
Qualifications
- Record of excellence in leading a minimum of five 5 healthcarerelated projects representingthe organizations interests
- Massachusetts Certified Public PurchasingOfficial (MCPPO)
- Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or related discipline
- 10 years experience in Project Management
- Healthcare facility renovation/construction experience
- Strong communication skills at multiple project levels ranging from tradespeople to facility executives
- Expertise in project administration for budget and schedule management
- Strong technical and leadership expertise is needed
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks
- Strategic perspective and ingenuity for solving problems to avoid negative impacts
- American Society of Healthcare Engineers HealthcareConstruction Certification
