Job Description
Directly responsible for the overall administration coordination and evaluation of the Human Resources function to include benefits administration recruiting hiring performance management personnel and company policy and procedures. This includes working with Finance on the payroll process time and attendance system and performing accounting related tasks such as expense reporting/approval and bank statement reconciliation. The HR Administrator is also responsible for management and oversight of company business and professional liability insurance and facilities management/maintenance.
