Job Description

Nalley Consulting is filling the following position contingent on award:

Military Forces Analyst

LCAT: Mid and Senior
Location: CENTCOM HQ Tampa FL
Required clearance: TS/SCI with CI poly
Desired Experience: At least 8 years for Mid level; at least 12 years for Senior level
Desired Education: Bachelors degree for Mid positions; masters degree or an additional 5 years of related experience for Senior positions.

Description

Conduct allsource analytic production on foreign military; insurgents; terrorists; and militant organizations command structure equipment operations/exercise facilities sustainment leadership and force disposition/order of battle.
  • Conduct and analyze database Order of Battle/Force Disposition for conventional military forces and insurgent/terrorism (e.g. units equipment for which USCENTCOM is responsible producer (RESPROD).
  • Perform basic target development of all military insurgent and functional production areas (e.g. facilities) in support of lethal/nonlethal engagements planning steady state crisis and contingency operations.
  • Provide support to targeting by reviewing evaluating coordinating and editing database records (currently the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) ociated with target support requests.
  • Extract Order of Battle information from igned database and prepare tailored reports. Review coordinate and complete Strategic Defense Intelligence Analysis Production Program (SDIAPP) requests.
  • Develop training materials and conduct OJT for personnel as required. Provide recommended input to CJCS Manuals/Instructions and USCENTCOM policies/SOPS as required.
  • Submit collection requests and source directed requirements as well as source evaluations to support Order of Battle. Identify and nominate nostrike entities to assigned database.
  • Update database records IAW DoD and USCENTCOM policies/procedures.
  • Respond to RFIs prepare briefings and present briefings as required.
  • Perform analysis to accomplish BDA produce BDA products and assist with combat assessments.
Additional aspects
  • This subtask may require flexible support hours outside the standard duty hours of 0to include: weekend support TDYs deployments for targeting operations and support to 24/7 targeting operations.
  • Personnel may be required to attend additional qualification training.
