The EMEA TA Services team is part of Global Fund Distribution Services (GFDS) within BlackRocks Technology & Operations division and has responsibility for overseeing our Transfer Agencies across EMEA.
We are seeking a Vice President to become part of the GFDS EMEA TA Oversight team with responsibility for leading our governance of Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) process. The role will require a wide skillset including business technical and regulatory knowledge project management and strategic and consultative thinking. You will be actively engaged in supporting the continued expansion of the TA Oversight team in parallel with the evolving regulatory environment. We are helping drive the multiyear transformation of the regulatory oversight model and working with our partners to introduce a scalable operational process. You will help with the operating model design and delivery while collaborating and building strategic partnerships with business functions across BlackRock to help TA Services achieve their goals.

Our hybrid work model
BlackRocks hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees while supporting flexibility for all.
