Job Description
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor packaging machinery to ensure smooth production flow
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for packaging processes
- Ensure proper labeling wrapping and boxing of products
- Ensure all packaging meets company and regulatory standards
- Manage packaging materials (e.g. boxes labels shrink wrap tapes) to avoid shortages
- Report material usage and restock supplies as needed
- Report machine malfunctions and assist in troubleshooting packaging issues
- Work closely with the production and warehouse teams to meet daily packaging targets
- Maintain accurate records of packaging output and report to supervisors
Requirements:
- Male candidates are preferred for this role
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Manufacturing Operations or a related field
- Prior experience in packaging production or manufacturing is an advantage
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot basic packaging equipment
- Physically fit able to stand for long hours and lift moderate weights
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment
- Willing to work on shifts weekends or overtime if required
