Our multifamily community 1250 West currently has a fulltime Community Manager opportunity available.

WhatWeNeedfromYou:
- HighSchoolDiplomaorequivalent
- At least 5 years multifamily community management experience
- Experience managing a single community with 400 units
- Strongleadershipabilityandcustomerserviceskills
- Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills
- Must be organized and possess strong financial management skills
- Proven ability to recognize the smallest details plan accordingly budget time and meet deadlines
- Renovations experience required
- Lease up experience desired
- Abletothriveinafastpacedenvironment
- Able to analyze computerized rent rolls receivable and payable reports and monthly financial reporting materials
- KnowledgeofMSOfficeSuitewithproficiencyinWord&Excel
- EntratastronglypreferredalthoughYardiorRealPageareacceptable
- Experience using LRO or Yieldstar
- MaintainworkingknowledgeofFairHousinglawsrulesandregulationsconcerningapartmentleasingandmanagement
- MusthaveavalidDriversLicense
