- Apply your expertise in federal and state employment laws (e.g. Title VII ADA FMLA) to evaluate case viability.
- Prepare comprehensive case assessments for senior attorneys.
- Educate clients about their rights and next steps with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with intake coordinators and paralegals to ensure seamless case management.
What Were Looking For:
- Juris Doctor (J.D. has an active bar membership.
- Proven experience in employment law or plaintiffside litigation.
- Strong analytical communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to manage highvolume intakes while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
