Want to join an exceptional organization We are hiring full time and part time Neonatologists to join our level lll NICU practice. Flagstaff Medical Center is a 270bed regional hospital distinguished by its highquality care specialty services and Level 1 Trauma Center. We are focused on assembling an outstanding team who will work together to maintain our stellar reputation and build a strong brand for Northern Arizona Healthcare as we expand our services

Opportunity Details:
- Staffing Model: 2 Neonatologists to evenly share rounding & call coverage
- 176 annual shifts
- 24/7 inhouse NNP employed by the hospital
- A collaborative approach to care
- Night call from home with 30 min response time expectation
- Level III NICU:
- 18 beds
- ADC: 10
- 1000 Annual deliveries
