Responsibilities
- Drivers license and clean driving record are required IF you would like to eventually progress to a lead tech
- Carpet VCT (strip and wax) LVT Tile & Grout Wood burnishing Laminate and upholstery
- Learning different cleaning equipment and assisting with specialized project work jobs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and OSHA regulations
- Use proper PPE where required
- Opens and locks facilities enable and disable security system as require.
Physical Demands and Qualifications:
- Having a clean NYS Driver License and reliable transportation is a requirement.
- Must be willing to work evenings and nights. Willing to work during the day is a plus
- Constant (up to 100 standing walking pushing kneeling twisting reaching
- Need to be able to lift and manipulate cleaning equipment up to appx 75 lbs.
- Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
- Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multitasked job is a must.
- Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude
- Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform dependable and on time
