Job Description & Summary

At PwC our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions divestitures and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals.

Those in deal integration and valuation realisation at PwC will focus on assisting clients in successfully integrating acquisitions and maximising the value of their investments. You will be responsible for conducting valuations financial analysis and developing strategies for postmerger integration.

Your tasks

  • You will be part of the Deals Strategy & Operations team (Value Creation Services) focusing on identifying planning and realizing value from Deals Turnarounds and Performance Improvement Programmes
  • You will assist and lead consulting projects in a timely manner for key industry players and build and sustain trusted internal and external relationships.
  • You will bring the experience and deliver highimpact operational and financial improvements
  • You will support our fastgrowing deals practice uniquely positioned as a leader in Switzerland offering a full range of M&A consulting services from strategy to giving you a wide range of project opportunities
  • You will find a friendly and supportive work environment nonhierarchical and committed to providing you the professional development opportunities you seek.

Your profile

  • You have a performance improvement background and a track record in operations and finance
  • You have a minimum of 4 years relevant work experience preferably having worked primarily on deal and/or consultingrelated assignments at a toptier consulting firm or a Big4
  • For industry hires you have taken on internal business improvement projects and delivered significant financial results comfortable at writing professional reports conducting complex data analytics managing people and making impactful presentations to senior executives
  • You have experience in1 or moreof the following sectors: Lifesciences Consumer & Retail Industrial Products and Services
  • You have advanced skills in4 or moreof the following topics: Delivering Large Cost Reduction Programmes Identifying and delivering Deal Synergies Working Capital Management Financial Performance & Analytics Supply Chain and Manufacturing Management
  • You have strong analytical skills and you are fluent in English German and any other languages are a plus.
