Franks Truck Center is looking for a Service Advisor/Writer come start an exciting career with us!
Franks Truck Center is an awardwinning dealership serving GMC Freightliner Isuzu and Hino clients with high qualitycustomer service.

Franks Truck Center is a full service dealership for GMC Freightliner Hino and Izuzu vehicles including sales service and parts.Since 1930 Franks Truck Center has been serving the truck industry with honesty and integrity.

Job Responsibilities:
- Liaison between the customers and technicians
- Constant communication with customer over the phone & in person
- Constant communication with technicians to ensure proper services.
- Vehicle parts and service knowledge
- Opening repair orders and invoicingclosing repair orders and taking payments
Required Experience:
- The ideal candidate willhave 2 years service advisor/writerexperience
- Computer and organizational skills
- Invoicing and vehicle knowledge
- CDK Experience strongly preferred
- Experience with fleets a PLUS
- Dealership experience a PLUS
- BiLingual in Spanish a PLUS
