- Pick up passengers at predetermined locations
- Report to work on time and operate route in a safe manner
- Conduct pretrip & posttrip inspections daily using Company tools and swipe technology.
- Practice defensive driving at all times and proactively avoid accidents by practicing safe driving and work habits
- Lift and close bus doors daily and assist passengers who are boarding and exiting the bus
- Evacuate bus in emergency situations and physically assist passengers to evacuate
- Refill fuel and washer fluid in assigned vehicle when necessary before picking up passengers
- Manage student behavior by exercising communication and discipline as per Company policies and report student discipline issues to the school and to the Company immediately
- Report all accidents incidents and major or minor defects to office immediately
- Complete all required paperwork including route change sheets timecards vehicle repair requests in a timely manner
- Deliver vehicle to office for repairs preventative maintenance inspections and repairs
- Contact parents of passengers if instructed to by the Company
- Attend all Company Safety Meetings
- Adhere to Company standards in the operation of Company vehicles and customer service
- Follow all Company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook as well as local Customer Service Center work directions and instructions
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Company
What you bring to the bus:
- Cheerful and positive demeanor with a cando approach
- At least two years driving experience with a current drivers abstract
- Clear criminal background check
- Your willingness to make a difference in a childs day every day.

Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid provincial Class 5 Drivers License or Higher.
- Must have a clean Drivers Abstract clear Criminal Background check and Vulnerable Sector Screening Test.
