Position Overview:
In this role you get the chance to work with top Global Enterprise and midmarket customers PAN India.
Engages with potential customers to understand their needs demonstrate the capabilities of various software cloud and data Center solution and design a customized solution to address those needs essentially acting as a bridge between sales and technical teams to qualify leads and prepare for a sale by showcasing the products value proposition.
What youll do as theSoftware Cloud and Datacenter Solution Architect Solution Architect):
Deeply understanding a customers business challenges pain points and desired outcomes to identify how the software/cloud solution can fit their needs.
Creating a tailored architecture or implementation plan based on the customers requirements often involving features integrations and configurations specific to their situation.
Providing handson product demos to showcase the softwares functionality addressing specific customer questions and concerns.
Setting up a smallscale implementation to validate the solutions feasibility and address any potential technical challenges.
Developing a comprehensive proposal that outlines the proposed solution pricing timeline and key benefits for the customer.
Working closely with the sales team to qualify leads presenting the solution effectively and answer technical questions during the sales cycle.
Manage existing partnerships with the prominent OEMs in S/w and Cloud vertical. IBM Microsoft Azure VMware AWS Adobe IBM etc.
Sign up new partnerships with OEMs in the vertical who could create impact on revenue.
Manage the prerequisite of various partnerships. That includes Joint account planning Portal activities signing targets tracking target tracking rebates and MDFs work towards next level of partnership.
Existing relationship with prominent players in software and cloud industry preferred.
Engagement and enablement of sales team with OEMs in terms of trainings and account planning.
Drive allocated revenue under the Practice through self and sales team.
Develop mechanism for lead generation through OEMs in existing and new accounts.
Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFIs & RFP.
Understanding of SAAs based licensing and price policy.
What you will bring to the team:
10 years of experience into solution architect. Presales role.
Education: BTech
Indepth knowledge of the software/cloud platform its features architecture and best practices.
Understanding customer business needs and translating them into technical requirements.
Effectively presenting complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Working knowledge of cloud solution configurations from prominent OEMs.
Knowledge of various aspects includingondemand selfservice access broad network access resource pooling rapid elasticity measured service scalability security data storage serverless computing different service models (IaaS PaaS SaaS) deployment models (public private hybrid) automation disaster recovery and costefficiency.
