Position Summary:

  • Accueillir et informer notre clientle
  • Traiter les colis remis par les clients au national et linternational selon les procdures FedEx en respectant les formalits de douane inhrentes au pays
  • Recevoir et contrler les rglements au comptant et les enregistrer
  • Grer la partie administrative du poste

  • Premire exprience apprcie dans le domaine du transport logistique ou relation client/fournisseur
  • Excellentes comptences en communication et esprit dquipe
  • Capacit grer son temps de manire efficace en portant attention aux dtails
  • Homme/femme autonome et de terrain
  • Aisance sur les outils informatiques
  • Capacit rsoudre des problmes
  • Trs bon niveau danglais 50 de notre clientle est trangre
