Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Tax & Accounts Faculty to design develop and deliver engaging training programs in financial management taxation and accounting. The ideal candidate should have indepth knowledge of financial concepts handson industry experience and a passion for teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver curriculum covering finance taxation and accounting principles including financial reporting auditing direct & indirect taxation and corporate finance.
- Conduct interactive lectures workshops and handson training sessions for students.
- Create engaging study materials assessments and case studies to enhance learning outcomes.
- Stay updated with industry trends financial regulations and taxation policies.
- Mentor and guide students in their career aspirations and help them build industryrelevant skills.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and other faculty members to improve course effectiveness.
- Provide timely feedback and assess students progress through assignments quizzes and practical exercises.
Requirements:
- Education: CA/CPA/MBA (Finance)/M or relevant qualifications in finance taxation and accounting.
- Experience: 3 years of teaching experience or industry experience in finance tax and accounting sectors.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements taxation laws auditing practices and corporate finance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching tools.
- Prior experience in online or blended learning models is a plus.
