Introduction
We are looking for new and experienced Customer Service and Sales Advisors to join our growing team at Foundever StratforduponAvon!

Your day to day could include
- Call handling (inbound or outbound depending on the client and role) as well as handling emails webchats or social media enquiries
- Supporting the resolution of customer complaints
- Building rapport with new and existing customers giving the best possible customer experience
- Working effectively as part of a team
- Applying our Company principles and values in all that you do
What we need from you
- Good communication skills: the ability to clearly and effectively communicate with customers over the phone.
- Active listening skills: the ability to attentively listen to customers and understand their needs and concerns.
- Problemsolving skills: the ability to quickly identify and resolve customer issues or complaints.
- Empathy: the ability to understand and relate to the customers perspective.
- Patience: the ability to remain calm and composed.
- Adaptability: the ability to handle a wide variety of customer interactions and adjust communication style as necessary.
- Sales skills: the ability to upsell or crosssell products or services to existing customers.
- Positive attitude: the ability to remain positive and upbeat even during difficult customer interactions.
- Strong teamwork skills: the ability to work effectively with other agents and support teams.
- Advantageous: Knowledge of customer service best practices and call centre technology.
