Description
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to effectively handle and control aggressive animals.
- Must be able to handle the physical and emotional aspects of work in a veterinary clinic environment including the use of euthanasia.
- Be proficient in venipuncture IV catheter placement digital radiography (full body and dental)
- Assist with anesthetic procedures as needed (eg. Spays neuters mass removals dentals etc)
- Commitment to ongoing educational development and growth.
- Must have active listening critical thinking complex problem solving time management judgment and decisionmaking skills.
- Professional and friendly demeanor with staff and clients
- Able to work late day shifts
- Registered Veterinary Technician preferred
