Prepare accurate cost estimates budgets and financial reports for construction projects
Manage the procurement process including contracts tenders and supplier negotiations
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budgets
Conduct risk analysis evaluations and advise on potential costsaving strategies
Liaise with clients contractors and other stakeholders to ensure financial efficiency
Manage project variations and contractual claims
Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of construction contracts and cost management
Proficiency in industrystandard software (e.g. CCS BuildSmart or equivalent)
Excellent analytical negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
