Hiring for Asst. Manager QA
Reporting to: Plant Head
Educational Qualifications:Diploma/Degree
Desired Experience:Min 7 years experience in the same pattern industry (Tool Holder / Machine Shop / Cutting Tools)
Salary:Up to 6.00 Lac(s)
JOB PROFILE:
1 Coordinate all activities required to control the product quality.
2 Reduce inhouse rejection through 7QC tools.
3 Review the issues related to the nonconformance of products.
4 Achieve zero customer complaint
5 Review of New development parts
6 Review of Final Inspection and incoming material.
7 Review of Calibration of Gauges Instruments and Equipment
8 Review of Requirements Gauges Instruments
9 Review of Process Capability & Dock Audit
10The release of Ten days Report and RFT
11 Review with Supplier and vendor rating
12 Develop quality process inline with Quality Management System ISO9001 & 14001
13 Conduct Responsible for Internal Audit and external Audit (ISO9001 & 14001
14 Implement all relevant procedures described in QMS and ensure compliance
15 Ensure that the inhouse system and procedures are updated to meet the need of an external certification body.
16 Report the results of targets and identify any action required.
