Astute People is partnering with a leading power plant operator in Massachusetts to recruit a Plant Technician (Level 3 for its Bellingham MA site.
The Plant Technician (Level 3 role comes with a competitive salary of $80K $120K 401K match bonus and profit sharing scheme.

Reporting to the site management team you will:
- Preform pre planned and breakdown maintenance.
- Troubleshoot & diagnose faults.
- Document maintenance work on the maintenance management system.
- Work with the sites Operations team to ensure the plant is available to run efficiently.
- Pass on knowledge to other team members.
- Ensure all work adheres to strict health and safety procedures.
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
- 4 to 6 years experience gained a power plant setting.
- Ideally hold a state licence or be willing to work towards one.
- College Degree Program or High School Diploma (or equivalent)
