Job Description
HBM Hawaii is looking for a motivated individual to join our janitorial team. The fulltime Janitorial position is located in Kailua and will perform a combination of cleaning duties to maintain indoor and outdoor of the retail center. This role requires good communication skills customer service aptitude previous janitorial custodian or related experience is helpful and willing to train. Applicants must perform basic manual labor clean common areas should be willing to lift/push/pull a minimum of 30lbs (up to 50lbs) be able to routinely bend squat stretch walk and stand throughout their shifts. We are a major facility service company with excellent benefits including 401k plan with employer match vacation and competitive wages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean common areas (restrooms in and outside of the facility)
- Sweep dust mop vacuum and wipe down areas
- Restock cleaning supplies
- Trash removal/dispose to designated area
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver license and a vehicle.
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Previous janitorial custodian experience preferred or related experience
- Must have good public relations skills and communication
Work Location: In person
Schedule: Sun/Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat: 12pm8:30pm
Compensation:Pay range $14.75 $15.25/per hour
