Position
As a Service Contract Manager your main functions/ tasks will be:
- Preparation and organize of service contracts.
- Coordinate implement and optimize of service contracts.
- Can lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Act as the clients representative within our organization.
- Operate in our customers best interest ensuring a healthy balance between the price technology and qualityofservice.
- Provide the best services and build healthy and longterm business relationship with our customers.
- Coordinate and guarantee our equipment suppliers services.
- Ensure smooth transition from project to service.
- Follow up and compliance of the Labor Risk Prevention laws and Industrial Safety.
- Quality assurance.
Profile
As a Service Contract Manager within Vanderlande Italy we are looking for a person with the follow experience and skills:
- Bachelor Degree or Degree in Mechanical Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position preferably in an industrial / logistics technical environment.
- Ability to work within an international work environment especially working within a project organization.
- Fluency language skills in English (C1 both verbal and written
- Willingness to travel. 30 of the time mostly in Italy).
