Job Description
We are searching for aProduct Coordinator in Dallas TX.Position is responsible for collecting PCN sample requests creating delivery plans submitting SWRs tracking material and shipping customer sample requests using SAP .
- Focal point for all sample requests
- Collect PCN sample requests and build/maintain a detailed web tracking file for all requests
- Utilize ChangeLink system to collect daily sample requests
- Build and execute a delivery plan using the SWR system and SAP
- Track materials i
- Ability to multitask between multiple requirements
- Build working relationships with planners PMs and quality engineers that support all products
- Must be able to work with diverse team in fast paced environment.
- Quickly build competency to work independently with minimal supervision
- Interface with quality planning and other PCN sample coordinators from businesses
- Strong teaming skills required
- Ability to collect customer requests enter into system
- Create and track shipping requests using SAP aligning with customer requests
- Detail oriented planning ability customer facing and relationship development.
